By accessing this website and purchasing from the House of Salvage, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Products

All House of Salvage items are handmade, reconstructed, and often one-of-a-kind. Due to the nature of salvaged and repurpose materials, slight variations imperfections and signs of previous use may be present and are considered part of the character of each piece.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of purchase is the price that will be charged.

Custom Orders

Custom orders may require a deposit before work begins. Deposits are nonrefundable once work has started. Any changes or additions beyond the original agreed-upon design may be subject to additional charges.

Shipping

Orders will be processed and shipped within a timeframe stated on the product listing or as discussed for custom orders. House of Salvage is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or for incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the handmade, custom and one-of-a-kind nature of our products, House of Salvage does not accept returns exchanges or offer refunds. If an item arrives damaged or an error has been made with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Intellectual Property

All designs, images, content, logos, and branding associated with House of Salvage are property of House of Salvage and may not be copied reproduce or used without permission.

Limited  Liability

House of Salvage shall not be held liable for any indirect incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
