Why We Don’t Accept Returns or Offer Refunds

Every House of Salvage piece is handcrafted and one-of-a-kind. Many items are reconstructed from salvaged materials, making each creation unique and impossible to duplicate.

Because of the custom, handmade nature of our work, all sales are final. 

This policy helps us continue creating sustainable, small batch fashion while ensuring that every piece receives the time, care, and craftsmanship it deserves.

We  encourage customers to review measurements, descriptions, and photos carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions before ordering, we are happy to help.

 If your item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can work towards a resolution.
